Employee of the Month is a recognition program which we have implemented to acknowledge and reward our employees who consistently perform exceptionally well in all areas of their work and service.

Each month at Tregwilym Lodge we recognise two Employees of the Month who have gone above and beyond their expected duties, demonstrated exemplary work ethic, and made a significant and positive impact on our residents and other members of staff.
