Fee Arrangements  

We are committed to providing value for money within our comprehensive and caring service. 
The fees charged are dependent on the type of care package and needs of the individual service user. 
Depending on the personal financial situation, a service user can either pay their fees privately or receive benefits arranged by Social Services and/or the Local Health Board. We can offer you advice and support with regards to finances if you wish and the Manager would be happy to discuss this with you. 
The General Manager is supernumerary, where possible, and is available weekdays from 9am to 6pm. She is also available, upon request, outside of these hours to meet and discuss any concerns or needs you may have.  
Staffing levels are set according to the level of dependency and changing needs of the service users and some of the services included in the fees are as follows: 
Individual care planning and risk assessments 
Home Cooking – all meals 
Provision for special diets 
Laundry service 
Call system 
Central heating 
Social outings/indoor activities as arranged by the staff 
Support to attend out patients appointments 
Specialist equipment where needed 

What is not included? 

Dry cleaning 
Meals outside of the Home 
Payment for trips and social outings 
Private telephone calls 
Personal holidays 
Additional 1:1 staff input 
Personal hygiene products 
Maintenance of private equipment, for example privately owned wheelchairs, beds, etc. 
Funeral expenses 
Taxi services/public transport for outings 
Veterinary bills
